The Norwegian Team League Eliteserien kicked off Round 1 with nine teams battling in classical chess. Each squad fields multiple boards across 90 minutes for the first 40 moves, then 30 minutes plus 30 seconds per move. Team competitions demand both individual firepower and cohesion. Early results will shape the season's momentum. The round-robin format means every match matters for final standings.
